Canvass – Platform Terms of Use

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Canvass Advisory Board Platform website (the “Service”) operated by Thrivase Pty Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your (“you”, “your” or “customer”) access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all Advisory Board Members, Moderators, Observers and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, integrity, quality, legality, reliability, appropriateness of and copyright permissions of any content and for identifying and correcting errors and omissions in your content.
Intellectual Property
All title, ownership rights and Intellectual Property Rights, including copyright in relation to Canvass Advisory board platform is owned or used under licence by Thrivase Pty Ltd. Without our express prior written consent, you undertake that you will not and will not permit any person to: (i) directly or indirectly alter, replicate, copy, recreate, create derivative work from, decompile, reverse engineer, reserve assemble, reserve compile, enhance, interfered with or with part of the Service or otherwise obtain, modify or use any source or object code, architecture, or algorithms contained in the Service or any documentation associated with the Service; (ii) copy or reproduce, or create an adaptation or translation of, all or part of the Service in any way, except to the extent that reproduction occurs automatically through the ordinary use of the Service in accordance with this Agreement; (iii) incorporate all or part of the Service in any other webpage, site, application or other digital or non-digital format; (v) (subject to other rights explicitly granted under this Agreement) sell, license, sublicense, lease, rent, distribute, disclose, permit access to, or transfer to any third party, whether for profit or without charge, any portion of the Service on any medium; (vi) do anything that will infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party; or (vii) attempt to do any of the above.
Customer Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights of content submitted by you on an instance of Canvass.health are retained by you. Exceptions to this include, (a) where feedback is being provided directly to Thrivase on the use of the platform and how it can be improved or enhanced or (b) if otherwise stated in a specific statement or agreement between the you and the Canvass.Health licensee.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Thrivase Pty Ltd shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
